How to Book

To secure a place on the Adventure you are to use the online application system. This applies to groups, staff and individual participants who are later assigned to Patrols by the Adventure organisers.

Bookings are made online only and open on 1 April 2026 and close on 31 July 2026.

Requirements

Applications to attend are invited from all members of SCOUTS South Africa and other Scout Associations. Participants must be:

• At least Discoverer badge standard (or Foreign equivalent for a 15-year-old Scout).
• Scouts over the age of 15 but not yet turned 18 on 19 December, the year of the event.
• Scouter Patrols comprising adults all over the age of 18 are welcome.
• Physically fit
