“Fatty” Rutter

“Fatty” a former Scout and Scouter of 2nd Green and Sea Point and later a Commissioner He carried out the function of Adult training team Reader for many years and was the contingent leader for the “50 years of Union Jamboree” in Bloemfontein.

He was a member of the first Adventure Committee and Camp Chief from 1971 till Richard Knight took over in 1983
